Springfield, Day Five

No more fever for little AC. However, the snot and cough are ever present. Boozles. Last night was the worst and I sat straight up with her in the chair...again. I tried to lay her down and she got strangled on her mucus and that led to an hour long coughing fit. I really hope that we aren't digressing as far as sleeping arrangements. We were doing so much better, but I will keep holding her until she is better because it is so sad.

The great news is that she doesn't really know she is sick during the day. She just plays and laughs and has a jolly ole time. Pretty sure she is getting WAY used to the excessive amounts of attention that she has encountered in the last two weeks. Here is Amelia looking lovingly at Jared.
In fact, she squeals when he comes home from school and it is so hilarious. She wants to do everything he does and be everywhere he is.
He tried to read her a book last night and she wouldn't stop staring at his mouth while he read the words.


He is a ton more fun that me because he crams himself in her toy box! She thought this was so great and laughed and laughed as his muffled voice came from below.



Dad is still cool, but Jared is the best for right now.
