One fabulous thing about Ross being off these four weeks has been our ability to go places when they aren't as crowded. We went to this little swimming area and were the only ones there for almost two hours! The girls just loved it and kept running in from the shore and flopping into the water. We had a picnic and fished a little and headed home for naps!

Elise was so busy scooping up sand and rocks and swimming them out and dumping them in the water. |

The people that we bought our house from, The Butlers, have become our good friends. It is such a divine appointment and easy for me to see God's hand in us meeting and becoming friends. They were home when we did the walk-through- which is not customary and couldn't be avoided- and we are so thankful they were! Amelia was so worried about not knowing anyone in Pre-K and lo and behold, their daughter is in Amelia's very class!! What a blessing it has been to talk with them about the community and things to do and just life in general. They love the Lord and have extended that love to us. Chad has a boat and they have taken us out twice on the lake and invited us over to see their new house with a lake view. Seeing a theme here? My girls were completely enthralled with the boat and Amelia kept yelling, "GO FASTER!" while squealing uncontrollably.
