August Vacation: Day Four, Five, and Six

Tuesday we spent some family time coloring and doing a few projects around the house.  I love lazy days where we are all together with no plans.  They don't seem to happen that often!
Amelia took this upside down photo herself.  She was extremely proud of her photography skills.
That evening we went to eat with the Hahn's and then played at their house after supper.  The kids love playing Just Dance on the Wii.

Wednesday Ross got to watch Amelia in gymnastics class for the first time.  I just love watching her get more confidence and gain more skill in each area.  He was super proud of her and she just loved having him there.

Amelia had a very special job on Thursday.  Aunt Jen left her a key to be in charge of feeding the pets while she was on vacation.  Amelia was BESIDE HERSELF.  Jen is awesome to think of sweet things like this that mean so much to a little girl.  She couldn't wait to go over and feed, water, and pet Tuffy and Lucky.

Scooping out Lucky's food

The envelope of money Jen left her for her hard work
Then we all headed to Dairy Queen where the girls got a free Blizzard as another reward for their Summer Reading Program.
